Coming Soon

Notifications for events

As a user, I want to be informed in a timely manner about important deadlines for events, so that I do not miss crucial moments and can take action on time. Currently, it is not always clear to users when important event deadlines are approaching. This leads to missed opportunities and last-minute stress. By implementing a notification system that alerts users when event deadlines are approaching, we can ensure that they always stay informed and well-prepared.

In Progress

Categories for users & trainings

Categories are expanding beyond offers and events. You'll be able to create and manage categories for users and trainings too, making it easier to organise and filter across the platform.

Knowledge base (Library)

A new knowledge base where you can organise content into collections and articles, feature articles on the homepage, add images and embeds, and manage everything through a clearer editing experience.

Connect external tools & content (LTI 1.3)

Connect external tools and content to Pluvo through LTI 1.3. Launch third-party learning tools and sync results back into the learning journey.

Conditions on learning journeys

More powerful conditions in the learning journey. Set conditions for opening modules and module groups based on progress across the whole journey — not just within a single module — so you can build adaptive, personalised learning paths.

Full European data sovereignty

Pluvo is already hosted entirely within the EU. As a next step we're moving away from AWS to a fully European-owned provider, so that both your data and the underlying infrastructure fall completely under European jurisdiction — maximising privacy, compliance and digital sovereignty.

Training budget & approvals

Manage training budgets and approval flows directly in Pluvo. Set team and personal budgets, let users submit budget requests with file attachments, and route them through a clear approval process — including notifications, price checks and CSV/Excel exports.

Parent-child academies

Possibility to organize multiple academies from a parent tenant and manage courses and meetings.

Live

Improvements to Meetings Functionality

We’re making meetings smarter and more flexible. You’ll be able to assign trainers per session, track attendance with clear visual overviews, and even show participants publicly if you choose. Group limits get smarter too with waitlists kicking in when needed. And when users cancel, they can leave a reason and rejoin later if allowed. Simple tweaks, big improvements.

Skills: external certificate upload

More elaborate dashboard functionalities

Managers will have more insight in what users do. Like daily visits to academy.

Skill 2.0

There are new possibilities for certificates, including mandatory and optional certificates per skill. Teams can set minimum numbers of deployable employees, and managers receive a clear dashboard to monitor deployability and certificate status. Benefits include compliance, proactive planning, and time savings without manual Excel sheets. Notifications alert for expired certificates, and there are specific use cases for production, healthcare, and construction.

Dashboards for user sessions

A new dashboard has been delivered that provides insight into the user sessions of visitors to the academy. This dashboard offers session duration and active users.

MCP server for creating and updating courses with AI

Talk directly with Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT to create or update course right within Pluvo.

App for phone & tablets

The Pluvo mobile app is now available for both phones and tablets, allowing users to access the platform anywhere. This launch makes it possible to follow courses on the go and track progress through an intuitive mobile interface.

Codeblock as content type

For companies that are setting up academies that include coding, it would be nice to easily insert codeblocks, with sytax highlighting and whatever can be added to it. Also adding support for Markdown would be really nice.

Skills & Certificates: easier to find, easier to manage

We’re making it easier to filter offers and meetings by certificate, and to see where users can earn them — directly from their skills profile. You’ll also be able to manage certificates in the new front-end. On top of that, we’re adding skill dashboard presets: save your favorite filters, set thresholds, and track skill gaps across teams or individuals at a glance.

The AI course module

Make creating course modules smoother than ever with our new AI integration. Just add your content — whether it’s a few bullet points, a lesson outline or a document and our AI will help turn it into a complete course module, including titles, descriptions and structure.
