Why e-learning?

Angela Tops, training program manager, explains why they use e-learning:

“Pluvo is used as an online learning environment for our training courses to create a blended learning experience: participants can find preparatory and follow-up assignments, presentations from classroom sessions, and reference materials there. Furthermore, communication between participants, trainers, and the secretariat takes place entirely within the Pluvo learning environment. After completion, participants also receive their certificates digitally, generated within the learning environment.”

GrowWork has purchased various services from Pluvo. For example, they had a connection built between their academy and their customer management system, had the academy and certificates fully branded in their own corporate identity, and also attended several workshops so that their trainers were fully prepared for their new role in Pluvo.

“The integration with the customer management system ensures that participants who register via our website are immediately added to Pluvo. This prevents extra work and human error.”, says Angela.

GrowWork also had the academy branded in their corporate identity. This allowed them to immediately create a professional image for their clients: “A visually appealing learning environment and a consistent structure in the modules help with that”.

Moreover, they were able to quickly master Pluvo by attending various workshops: ‍
