Reports

Why managers choose Pluvo

From progress per employee to certificates about to expire: it's all in one overview.

Five reports in one place

Learning journeys, learning offering, course modules, certificates and sessions each have their own tab. You look per employee or per period, without first having to put a report together.

Progress per employee

How is someone doing in a learning journey? Which course modules have been completed and where is progress stalling? You can see this per person, so you can adjust in time.

Scores with your own weighting

You decide what counts. One assessment 40 per cent, the other 60. Pluvo calculates it automatically.

Trends

Progress visible over time

By the end of the year, you usually know how many people completed something. Pinpointing when things went wrong is harder. The charts show progress by period: which months saw a lot of learning, and where participation drops off. That way you plan next year's training programme on what actually happened, not on a guess. And if you spot a dip while it's still happening, you can still do something about it.

Export

Export to Excel for your own analysis

Not every question can be answered inside Pluvo. A funding body wants an overview per employee, your management wants to set training figures against the budget. You export progress, certificates and completion to Excel and share it in the format that's asked for. Then you combine it with your own figures, without anyone retyping a list. Pluvo provides the data; you decide what to do with it.

API

An API for your own reports

In many organisations, the training overview is separate from everything else HR tracks. Via the API, your IT department retrieves the data from Pluvo and feeds it into the systems your organisation already uses. Who has completed which learning journey and which certificates are still valid then shows up there too. No one has to retype it every month. Set it up once, and it keeps running alongside.

Frequently asked questions about reports

Answers to questions about reports, exports and progress insight.

How do I measure the effectiveness of training?

Through reports, you can see who has completed what per learning path or module, what test results were achieved, and how much time was spent. This helps you identify where extra attention is needed and allows you to adjust accordingly.

How do I measure learning results in Pluvo?

Pluvo offers reports by employee, learning path, and lesson module. You can see what has been completed, the test results achieved, and the time spent. Export the data to Excel or retrieve it via the API.
