How does an e-learning review work?
From intake to report
We start with an intake: which courses do you want reviewed, and what are your goals? Our learning designers then go through the material as a participant.
You'll get a report with concrete improvement points, ranked by impact. No vague advice — just specific suggestions you can put into practice right away.
Implementing and fine-tuning
Optionally, we implement the improvements for you. Or we guide your team through making the changes themselves in the authoring tool.
After the improvement round, we stay involved. We look back together at what participants notice and what comes up in their feedback, and fine-tune where needed.
