Your own academy in your own branding
White label is more than just changing your colours: your own domain, your own logo, and emails sent from your own sender address. The setup is a service from Pluvo: our designers build your academy, you supply your branding. If it changes later, you update it once and it's right everywhere.

Why organisations choose White Label
Your own domain, your own colours, logo and typography, and templates to match. Participants log in at your address and recognise your brand straight away.
Not learning.pluvo.com, but learning.yourcompany.com. That address appears in every invitation, and emails are sent from your own sender address. Participants can see straight away that they've landed on your organisation's platform.
You supply your logo, colours and typeface. Our designers apply them throughout the environment, from the login screen to the emails your participants receive. Whatever you provide shows up across the whole academy.
Our designers create templates that you use as a starting point. That way, every course module looks professional in your branding, without you having to design anything yourself.
Banner images per section
Standard images from a stock library say nothing about your organisation. That's why you upload your own photos: at the top of a course module and in the sections below it. Employees recognise their own workplace in the material, and that's what makes the difference between training that feels external and training that feels like it belongs to your organisation. You set it per course module, so you don't have to pick one image that has to fit everywhere.

More than a logo and colours
Employees who receive an invitation click through to an environment that looks like it belongs to your organisation. From the login screen to the reports, your logo, your colours and your own URL are everywhere, and emails come from your own sender address. For participants, it's simply their employer's academy, not some external system they're visiting. That saves you having to explain it.
A service, not a task for you
Setting up an academy in your own branding takes time you don't have. That's why the setup is a service from Pluvo. It's included with certain plans; if it isn't, you can add it separately. You supply your logo, colours and domain. Our designers set up the environment and deliver it exactly the way you want it.

Frequently asked questions about White Label
Questions about branding, design and customisation? Here are the answers.
What is Pluvo?
Pluvo is a Dutch learning platform (LMS) that helps organizations train employees, manage certifications, and automate learning paths. From e-learning and workshops to compliance and reporting — everything in one environment.
How much does Pluvo cost?
Pluvo offers three plans: Basic, Plus, and Complete. You can see what is included in each plan in the feature overview. Pricing depends on the size of your organization and the plan that best fits your needs. We can discuss this during a consultation.
How long does it take to implement Pluvo?
That depends on your needs. A standard implementation can be live within a few weeks. For more complex projects involving integrations, migrations, and custom work, we guide you every step of the way. You will always have a dedicated contact person to lead you through the process.
Can I try out Pluvo for free?
No, we do not offer a free trial. However, you can schedule a call where we will show you the entire platform and see together if Pluvo is a good fit for your organization. If it is, we will set up your academy.Schedule a call.
What is the difference between an LMS and an LXP?
An LMS (Learning Management System) manages and assigns training, while tracking progress and certifications. An LXP (Learning Experience Platform) adds a personalized learning experience: content tailored to the employee, recommendations, social learning, self-direction, and insights into learning preferences. Pluvo combines both: streamlined management with an engaging learning experience.
