How does custom e-learning at Pluvo work?
From conversation to script
It starts with listening. We get to know your organisation, target audience and learning objectives. What should employees be able to do afterwards, where do they run into problems now, and what knowledge already exists somewhere in the organisation? Based on that, we put together a proposal with a setup, a timeline and a price, so you know where you stand upfront.
Our learning design team then writes the script and determines the didactic structure. We choose the right mix of text, visuals, assignments and assessment questions, and divide the content into modules an employee can complete in half an hour. Not because we can, but because it works for your target audience. You provide the source material and check that the content is accurate.
Building, delivery and taking it from there
The e-learning is built in Pluvo, in your branding. You review progress along the way and give feedback, so there are no surprises at the end. We work in short cycles: first a pilot module to calibrate tone and structure, then the rest. After delivery, everything is ready to assign to the right employees, with assessment and certificates already built in.
From that point on, you own the content. If a procedure changes or a new machine arrives, you update the module yourself using the authoring tool. You don't have to come back to us for every text change, and your e-learning stays up to date without needing a new project.
