What exactly does RIFF do?
RIFF provides premium customer contact for clients with complex customer care challenges. We work with a team of over 400 employees across all channels: social media, live chat, telephony, email, and on-site assistance.
How is Pluvo used at RIFF?
We use Pluvo for assessments, onboarding, and specialized training such as our Privacy & Information Security course. Previously, training was delivered live via PowerPoint, but with Pluvo, everyone can learn on-demand from home.
