Offer events can have a separate enrollment start date and unenrollment deadline, each with a specific date and time.
Learning journeys now have a Groups tab to add and remove groups directly.

A new training management overview with list and card views, sorting, filtering, role labels, copying, and bulk archiving.
Event invitation emails now include the related skill and certificate.
Group managers now see their role label on trainings they manage through a group.
Participants receive an email when a manager or trainer cancels their enrollment for a meeting or webinar.

Skills matrix pagination now matches the filtered results.
Access to training participants and groups now follows the correct permission rules for each role.
Messages, emails, and rejection reasons keep their line breaks in all email programs, including Outlook.
Editing a meeting no longer discards your changes when linking a trainer.

Certificates can now be organised into extra categories and filtered by them.
The skill matrix can be expanded to show each certificate as its own column, with a clear status per person and a warning when a required certificate is missing or expired.
From the skill matrices you can select people and act in one step — enrol them in an event, notify them about an offer, or send a personal message.
Bug Fixes:
SCORM modules now load correctly when opened right after uploading.
The image field on the training creation form no longer stays stuck loading for authors.
Required date fields now show a validation message when left empty while creating a user.
Waiting-list users are now automatically registered when a manager cancels a registration.
Embedded videos now play inside interactive content blocks.
Skill compliance reminder emails now link directly to the relevant group.

Improvements:
Certificates within a skill can now be marked as mandatory or optional, and users can see if they have all required certificates.

Locations can be created, edited, or deleted from a new locations page, and a location can be added instantly while scheduling a meeting.
Group managers can now enroll their team members directly into offer events.
The AI assistant can update a course’s theme, including colors and fonts.
